My Cameras

This past Christmas I was fortunate enough to receive this Canon Rebel T3i. Ive always wanted a DSLR camera. My dad has a couple, but I wanted my own. Thought it was time for me to upgrade from my Sony Cyber Shot. So I'm fairly new to this camera, haven't had much time to actually try out all the features. Looks so complicated and intense. But hopefully I get the hang of it. So far the photos I have taken have turned out great. The quality is awesome.

I still have my old camera, the Sony Cyber Shot, I'll still use it here and there. But majority of the time, my DSLR, is my go to. I've had my Cyber Shot for quite a while now. Never had any problems with it. And the quality is still pretty good.

And then the greatest creations ever, the camera connection adapter. OMG! This little thing is so handy. I can instantly upload photos to my iPad using this device. Basically just stick my memory card in and you can select what pics you want uploaded. Makes instagraming, tweeting, facebooking, and blogging so easy.

Hopefully with all these tools I can keep up with all my social media endeavors. I've got things to share and opinions to voice, and hopefully there's an audience out there who'll listen.

First Photos on my new camera

Recently got a new camera. Here are some pics I took using it. So far I just tested the close up feature of the camera. Pretty impressed with the shots I took. I am by no means a professional photographer or claim to be. I just point and shot until I get something pretty and I like. I shock myself sometimes. Hopefully with more practice and exposure to more inspiration I can capture some cool things. It's always inspiring to see what other people capture, makes me want to do the same.

These photos were all taken on a trip to Home Depot. Didn't really do anything special. Just used the close up feature of the camera and took some pics of some pretty flowers there. Like I said earlier I am pretty impressed with what I took. My fave shot would be the first pic, the red flower. I love the detail you see and how the flower itself is focused.

Our pet doggies - Google and Coco

I never was a dog person. Growing up I wasn't the kid begging her parents for a pet. It just never interested me. But having these two little ones in the house now has been really fun. Getting Google has changed my whole perspective on dogs. I use to be so scared of them. Now i cant imagine life with out these cuties. Then getting Coco was a good thing, now Google has a friend and sister to play with. Buddies for life.
